But before we get into that, let me share a quick story with you...
There I was, well over a decade ago, a newly qualified personal trainer trying to find a way to help my clients achieve their health and body transformation goals.
The BIG problem was that the "Wonder Recommendation" from the so called “experts” to simply "Eat Less and Move More" clearly WASN'T working.
With this approach, people either burn out, damage their Metabolism and/or regain all of their lost weight and MORE, shortly after stopping!
That meant that if I couldn't find a way to help my clients reach their health and body transformation goals and keep their results, I'd end up losing them as clients and ultimately, lose my business too.
Deep down I knew things had to change! The problem was, I wanted to do it without all of the Bullshit, the Gimmicks, the Fads and the Starvation Diets, etc…
I needed to find a way to help my clients lose weight and get healthy without having to use metabolism damaging, extreme calorie restricted diets and hours of boring Cardio exercise in their "Fat Burning Zone” daily.
Let’s face it, what’s the point in being “fit” if you’re still going to end up sick and overweight!?
