"What if I'm unfit and I haven't exercised in years? Should I still enroll in the challenge?"

Many of the exercises in the programme are set up with a "self-regulating" rep range.

If it's an injury that prevents you from being able to perform most basic forms of movement and exercise then perhaps you'd do better to get those injuries and issues fixed first, so that you can get the best from the programme.
